Goods news .. I had my bloods done just before Xmas and my first objective has been achieved. I am pleased to say that I am well below the marker for type 2 diabetes. I was thrilled, so thank you very much for that. I think it is totally down to your knowledge and advice.

I broke my collarbone badly during Jiu-jitsu in May, and doctors were not optimistic about my recovery in terms of timings, but thanks to physio and a better way of eating, I managed to recover from my injury before what the doctors were expecting, and in just one month and a half I was gradually back on the mats.
I explained to Kris my goals and how I wanted to get back to training and improve my routine, and in less than 1 hour of chat, Kris was already available to answer most of my questions and help me design the best meal plan for my needs. With his detailed plan and kcal reports, Kris helped me understand how to manage my meals better and ensure I was eating enough during the recovery and the hard training days. The result? I recovered fully from my injury, started lifting weights, and did my first Jiu-jitsu competition in October, managing to go back home with a third-place medal. All of this without feeling tired or weak despite training most days twice.
Kris always puts my goals in front, helping me to stay focused - achieving goals with this type of support and knowledge is simply easier.

I was always worried that I wasn't eating enough or the right food for the amount of energy I needed to compete as a strongwoman and I was then introduced to Kris as I knew I needed some guidance around food. After chatting about what my sport involves and what food I currently eat, Kris helped me to understand the key foods I need to eat to aid in training but what also helps with recovery especially after lifting heavy weights which can be taxing on the body. I have introduced the nutrition plan into my daily life and l've found that not only has it seriously helped with daily life (ie work) but also my training. I feel like I have so much more energy but that I'm also getting stronger! It really helped me in the lead up to my recent comp where I placed first amongst a strong line up of incredible strongwomen!

I keep my weight, but I gained more muscle (I can lift heavier weights). Also, I eat more fruits and veggies thanks to your meal menu!

Operation went brill, on the road to recovery. Up to now I'm 12kg lighter, been in gym over a week just doing cardio as not wanting to lift anything still.

KD Nutrition second to None. I have personally used KD Nutrition for sports specific nutrition and also for lifestyle nutrition. Both times KD Nutrition have worked around my needs and maintained clear communication answering any question I had. With the sport specific plan KD Nutrition tailored a plan specific to me and my goals which worked incredibly well, helping me reach my goals. Through work I recently have withdrawn from sports as my growing business needs more of my focus and time. I was concerned that my weight and health was becoming effected due to eating a lot of convenience foods as my time is consumed by business matters. I contacted KD Nutrition and explained my current situation, once again KD Nutrition have provided a successful plan working around me and my cultural dietary choices. In short I have consistently received excellent service, communication and nutritional advice along with a solid, realistic and achievable long term diet plan.

I took dietary services from Krzys few months ago and since then l've noticed significant improvement to my overall well being. He checked my current diet and explained how it might affect my health and which nutrients I'm lacking. He also proposed some manageable changes to my diet so that I can live a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to his service I noticed improved mood and better focus as well as having more motivation to look after my health.

By competing a food diary and activity log for 7 days, Krzys helped me to better understand my nutritional intake, what I was lacking in terms of vitamins and minerals as well as how I could improve this. He interpreted the report for me, and I was able to understand the micro and macronutrients I was regularly consuming as well as advising me on what I should be eating more.

Krzys was so helpful in helping me cut down to competition weight. Before I asked for his help, I would go keto fro 7-10 days prior to competition. Altought this worked, on comp day I felt kind of weak and unenergised. With Krzys' help I was able to eat a normal diet and continue feeling strong right until comp day when i was a full pound underweight.
